How is this different from Atlassian Rovo / JSM Virtual Agent?
EnclaveKB focuses on on‑prem, local‑LLM deployments, engineering knowledge depth, and JQL‑aware retrieval. If you’re on Atlassian Standard or need Data Center/on‑prem with strict data residency, EnclaveKB fills the gap.
Does it respect permissions?
Yes. We mirror Jira/Confluence ACLs and filter results at query time per user. Admins can “impersonate” a user to verify.
Do you create Jira tickets or Confluence pages?
Not today. EnclaveKB is read‑only for production systems to speed security approvals. We provide answer text you can paste and deep‑links to the right projects/spaces. Write‑backs (comment drafts / page proposals) are on the roadmap with strict guardrails and approvals.
Which models can we use?
By default we run a local LLM for on‑prem deployments, so no data goes to third‑party clouds. You can bring your own (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or local models) and choose per‑workspace. Switch per‑workspace; set token/latency budgets.
Do you support Data Center and air‑gapped installs?
Yes on Enterprise. We provide Helm charts and offline model options.
What about attachments and tables?
We parse PDFs/DOCs/CSVs with layout‑aware chunking and OCR for images; table‑aware retrieval is included.
How do you prevent hallucinations?
Answerability thresholds, confidence scoring, strict citation requirements, and an eval harness that flags risky responses.
Is it hard to use? Do I need to learn special commands?
Not at all. We designed the tool so that office professionals can use it right away:
